is it possible to have a pirate nursery?
i am 5 months pregnant with twins (a boy and a girl) my husband and i are planning the nursery and decided on a pirate theme. Not deadly murderers of the sea kind of thing more so that up to about halfway on the wall looks like its under the sea and we were going to get a sticker set of fish, dolphins and sharks as well as other sea creatures. on the top half we were going to paint a pirate ship and an island in the distance (im an artist). It was all going well but we have just realized that it isn't really suitable for girls and as the twins will be sharing a room when they are babies, probably until they are about 3 or until they choose to have their own rooms it really has to be good for both of them. What do you think? sorry its so long
Instead of pirates, why not feature sailing vessels? You can include jungle stuff as well since there are tropical plants and birds in the Caribbean. I'm a HUGE fan of sailing vessels like the Cutty Sark. Pirates are more an older kid thing (7 or 8).
