Where can I find a cute "Please remove your shoes" sign?

I am getting new wood floors in the next few weeks and would like one of those cute "Please take off your shoes" signs to hang outside or in the entryway. I have found a few online, but nothing that jumps out at me. Anyone know of a good place to order such a sign or plaque? Thanks!
