What do you call someone who makes stickers from vinyl?

I am looking for the official word in English for people who's job it is to make stickers (letters/logo's/prints) from vinyl and then apply them on cars/windows/walls/boards etc.

I know the word in Dutch is either Beletteraar and sometimes even 'Signmaker', however, the word Signmaker is not the official name in English (in fact they don't use it at all), and I can't seem to translate the word 'Beletteraar' in English to get the word.

They use vinyl cutting machines (known as plotters), and some even do their own printing of images.
